I’ve had a ton of experience working with trainers and coaches in the fitness world over many years, and I can say that although I’ve experienced positive encouragement and (much) better than average coaching elsewhere, I’ve never met anyone as invested in his clients as Jesse.

I met Jesse when I was at my heaviest, and not happy with myself. I remember going through a baseline test with him and was almost crying, ready to give up. He was right there, encouraging, pushing me on to do my best, and just kept giving positive words all the way. He was in tune with my limitations and always adjusted moves so that I would not injure myself. When I did push myself on a move, and aggravated a degenerative disease, he helped me get back , carefully and slowly, to working with the bar.

Classes with Jesse are intense and fun. We make each other laugh, and yet, we are serious about the workouts and He educates me on proper body mechanics. Do yourself a favor, and meet the man that changed my life forever and helped me lose 60 pounds!!
